Paper bills, receipts, signed forms, birth certificates, printed photos, old tapes, magazines, newspapers, and other physical media all count as information that needs to be managed.

Some of it is legally important. Some of it is sentimental. Some of it is just clutter that has quietly accumulated over time.

The encouraging part is that organizing physical stuff can recover real space you can use for something else—or simply enjoy as breathing room.

This first step is intentionally simple.
